Description

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
-Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-Must be bondable
-Provide a current CPIC

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Initiative to monitor and foresee problems before they become a crisis that could cause serious damage or require expensive repairs
-Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation
-Self-motivated and self-monitored
-Must have a proficient level of communication skills, verbal and written
-Service oriented, respectfully, and willing and able to direction from your direct supervisor, Manager

WORKING CONDITIONS:
-Most of the time will be spent working independently during the performance of the duties.
-High level of trust and self-motivation expected
-Employees will respect each others time, space, and need for concentration
-Socializing and personal interruptions must not impede workflow
