Duties

Inspect all steering and suspension parts in order to perform alignments.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out alignments and repairs and maintenance required to complete an alignment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate solutions to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Engage with customers to explain repair processes and provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role within a dealership or repair shop.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience with Hunter Alignments.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
A valid driver's license is required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
