Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Mental Health & Addictions, this position provides services to adults, children and youth in the rural areas of Rosthern, Wakaw, Borden and Delisle and surrounding areas. . The social worker provides services as a member of a multidisciplinary care team. Specific duties included: individual, family and group counselling. Additional duties include: community engagement and development.

Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in various mental disorders, etiology, treatment and intervention
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals presenting with complex issues
- Knowledge in program and community development process
- Committment to self evaluation, professional development and ongoing self care
- Ability to work with individuals with but not limited to concurrent disorders
- Ability to work independently
- High degree of comfort in dealing with suicidal ideation
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
