Net Results is hiring a full-time Network Support Technician to join our growing team!
As a Network Support Technician, you will:
-Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment
-Troubleshoot issues with connectivity, hardware, software, mobile devices, and printers
-Set up and configure workstations, servers, firewalls, and networking infrastructure
-Assist with client onboarding, hardware rollouts, and occasional project work
-Collaborate with teammates to prioritize and resolve client issues efficiently
Education & Experience
-Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or related field
-Hands-on IT/network support experience is an asset, but not requiredmotivated new grads are welcome
Familiarity with:
-Windows desktop and server operating systems
-Networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
-PC hardware troubleshooting (RAM, drives, power supplies)
-Mobile device configuration (iOS, Android)
-Microsoft 365 administration
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are assets.
