Are you a construction professional ready to take the next step in your careeror bring your leadership skills to a company that values collaboration, safety, and quality? Westridge Construction is looking for either a Project Coordinator or a Project Manager for our Saskatoon office.
As a Project Coordinator, youll work alongside Project Managers and Site Superintendents to support all aspects of project execution. As a Project Manager, youll lead project delivery, manage contracts, oversee financials, and foster a collaborative site culture.
Were seeking individuals with:
A strong understanding of construction processes
Experience in coordination or management of commercial/civil builds
Great communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Depending on your role and experience, responsibilities may include:
Project planning, scheduling, and estimating
RFI and contract administration
Drawing/spec review and change management
Subcontractor coordination
Safety oversight and site tours
Financial tracking and monthly invoicing
QA/QC, project close-out, LEED documentation
Consultant and client liaison
