Description

ISC is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.  

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and successful operation of our Workday system.  This position has responsibility to manage all Human Resources functions within Workday, as well as the overall security administration of Workday.  In addition to overseeing the ongoing maintenance activities of Workday, the HRIS Manager is a driver of transformation and business improvement, managing change initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

What you'll need:
- Certificate in Business Administration or related field
- 5-7 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Workday.
- Experience with Workday integrations, including third-party system integration and data migration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with external carriers and vendors, and make internal presentations to individuals and business units.
- Exceptional organization & time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR processes, policies, and compliance regulations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills required for decision making, problem solving and reporting requirements especially under strict timelines.
- Strong strategic and system knowledge for system configuration and reporting requirements.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information.
