Description

Welcoming customers, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
Keep area clean and ready for next customer.  Look or that person who has service excellence training.  
Must have valid SIR Certificate.
Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
Tracking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
Monitoring bar inventory and ordering supplies and ingredients when needed.
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Processing and validating VLT slips. Responsible for cash handling all VLT transactions.  
Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Cleaning the bar and the VLT area.
Reports to front desk manager.
