Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join our Regina team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales and administrative operations.
Key Job Duties:
Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone and email inquiries professionally
Provide detailed product information and make recommendations based on customer needs
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using company systems
Handle service-related requests, including repair coordination and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Support the sales and administrative teams with data entry, invoicing, and filing
Monitor and maintain showroom cleanliness and product display updates
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with inventory or POS systems is an asset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with attention to detail
Fluency in English is essential
