As the premiere values-based builder of health, leadership and personal development in the city of Regina, we focus our program delivery on our three pillars of service: health and fitness, community development, and childcare.

We are currently looking for a part-time Facility Maintenance/Cleaner staff for closing shift cleaning of our Northwest location with availability to work from 10:00pm- 2:00am, Monday - Friday, some weekends possible.

This is a physically challenging position which includes the use of various chemicals, ladders, bending, standing, and lifting as regular parts of the job.

You will be maintaining a high level of cleanliness for all facility areas in the health, fitness, aquatic and office spaces. This includes mopping, dusting, scrubbing floors & walls, maintaining washrooms and showers. Conducting pool water tests and maintaining aquatic safety standards for all bodies of water is also required. You will also ensure that YMCA property and equipment is well maintained and advise service specialists of any deficiencies that cannot be resolved in-house.

A criminal record check prior to first day of work and dated no more than 3 months before hire date is required. Candidates with valid first aid/CPR C and a Saskatchewan Pool Operators certificate will be prioritized, however training will be provided to the right candidate.
