Chase 14 Welding is a welding maintenance and construction company.  We are expanding our Biggar, SK Manufacturing team and have immediate openings for:
CWB Welder - Fabricator (2 positions available)
This position uses various welding processes in our manufacturing plant in Biggar,SK, for production welding of various metals and fabrication of various components.
Primary Responsibilities:
    Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications
    Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications
    Operating powered hand tools, band-saws, hand shears, Plasma, and Oxy Acetylene.
    Operates manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
    Competent and certified in processes such as, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
    Meet and/or exceed quality and specification requirements,
    Meet deadlines,
    Maintain a safe and organized work environment,
Qualifications and Experience:
    Journey persons preferred, but not essential,
    Valid CWB certification in at least MCAW/FCAW.
    Valid WHMIS 2015
    2+ experience welding and fabrication.
    Exemplary attitude towards safety and quality
    Rigging and overhead crane certification would be an advantage
Renumeration
    $26-$40 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
