The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a Production Welder to join our growing team at AGI Swift Current, a division of AGI.  This position is responsible for welding on a variety of agricultural equipment components following job order specifications.  The main areas of focus include welding competence, meeting production requirements, station set up, health & safety and quality control.

Responsibilities
The Production Welder is to ensure that welding processes and procedures are being followed and that quality standards and timelines are being met.

Qualifications
-Training or experience in MIG welding, with the ability to follow guidelines and standard procedures
-Ability to read, understand and follow production drawings
-Ability to work with fellow team members and supervisors
-Physically able to meet the requirements of the position for the duration of the standard work day
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ensure highest quality is being met
