Were looking for a collaborative, strategic and member-focused leader to come on board as our Vice President, Business Banking.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Vice President of Business Banking leads the credit unions commercial and agricultural banking operations, overseeing sales, service delivery, and business development. As the business line leader, you will be responsible for driving growth while ensuring a strong focus on member retention, deepening relationships, enhancing member experience and loyalty, and maintaining profitability across commercial and agricultural operations.

Your time:
-Providingfinancialproduct sales and advice to commercial and agricultural members to support them in achieving their corporate and financial goals, improve their overall financial wellbeing and the sustainability of Conexus.
-Ensuring effective and timely implementation of all compliance and internal audit related findings and adherence with corporate policies
-Assessing the performance of business sales teams and developing insights and recommendations for improvement

Your experience:
-Minimum 7 years experience in management capacity in the area of business banking
-Graduatepost-secondary degree in a relevant or relatedfieldorarelevant combination of experience and post-secondary education
-Awareness of CUDGC Standards of Sound Business Practices
