Description

AGT Foods is looking for an Equipment Maintenance worker to join our team at our Aberdeen, SK location.

Key Responsibilities:

Preventative maintenance for the processing plant and equipment
Day to day repairs such as bearings, belts and gearboxes
Maintain Conveyor belt systems  alignment / tensioning / drum replacing
Change drive chains / sprockets
Plan, coordinating and implementing plant repairs and projects
Maintain records for all maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
Maintain and procure supplies and parts inventories
Ability to work safely operating hand tools, power tools and man lifts
Experience with welding is an asset
Experience with angle grinder is an asset
Other tasks as directed

Able to communicate well with management and coworkers
Work well as a part of a team or independently
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
Good organizational skills
Background in Agriculture and general knowledge of equipment an asset but not a requirement
