Our ideal candidate will
1.Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to learner needs.
2.Conduct learner assessments to track progress.
3.Facilitate language instruction to achieve specific outcomes.
4.Organize community outings and invite guest speakers.
5.Promote EAL services within the community.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree and TESL Saskatchewan Accreditation, or completion of TESL Canada Professional Certificate Standard One or Completion of TESL 21, 31, 33, 42 or equivalent.
2.A minimum of one year experience working with adult literacy or EAL programming.
3.Knowledge of CLB levels and PBLA.
4.Ability to provide flexible, collaborative instruction based on adult education principles.
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
