What Youll Do:
Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties
Conduct market research and property evaluations

What Were Looking For:
Active SREC License (Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission)  Required (but can discuss)
Proven experience in commercial real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
