JGL is seeking a strategic and experienced agriculture professional to join our team as the Director of Crop Nutrition to lead our bulk fertilizer strategy and supplier relationships across our retail network. This senior role, reporting to the Chief of Retail & Business Development, will be part of the JGL leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our bulk fertilizer strategy, while building and strengthening relationships with manufacturing partners to support the growth and long-term success of our independent retail network.

Responsibilities
Lead bulk fertilizer procurement, forecasting, and partner communication
Build relationships with manufacturers and oversee Belle Plaine facility
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and product development

Qualifications
7-10 years in ag with fertilizer or crop nutrition experience
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
