As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations of the associations office
Perform bookkeeping and financial reporting duties using QuickBooks
Maintain and update the organization's website using Wix
Assist with the design of marketing and promotional materials using Canva
Provide executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
Coordinate meetings, events, and communications with member organizations
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Ensure effective document management and data organization
Support other team members and leadership with various projects as needed
