Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Bagger and Container Loader. This hands-on role is essential to the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that processed mustard seed is efficiently packaged and prepared for shipment to global markets.

Key Responsibilities
    Operate bagging equipment to package mustard seed into various sizes (e.g., 25kg, 50kg bags, totes).
    Load and secure bags into shipping containers following proper stacking procedures.
    Monitor quality and weight accuracy of packaged seed.
    Label and tag bags according to shipping and inventory requirements.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of bagging and loading areas.
    Assist with general warehouse duties, including moving pallets and using forklift or pallet jacks.
    Follow all safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    Prior experience in agriculture, warehouse, or logistics is an asset.
    Ability to lift and move heavy bags (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
    Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
    Forklift experience or certification is an advantage (training may be provided).
    Strong attention to detail and safety.
