The role:
We are adding a compassionate and knowledgeable Technician to our team in Regina, SK. You will be trained on the tools you will be working with and the equipment you will be repairing. You will work directly with clients to understand the issues with their equipment and troubleshoot to solve the problem. You will travel to different sites, both private residences and community facilities to accommodate client needs.
How you will spend your days:
Diagnose and repair. You will quickly learn how to repair wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment and how to navigate our software system. You will assess issues with manual and power devices, troubleshoot batteries and functionality, and repair equipment.
Deliver an exceptional Motion customer experience. You will prioritize an empathic, respectful, and friendly customer experience. You will ensure that clients needs are met and that we meet our objective to make life accessible for everyone.
Be flexible and mobile. You will work 8-hour shifts and travel to clients' homes and community facilities. You are comfortable adapting your daily schedule to meet the changing needs of clients.
