Brandt is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect for our Regina, SK location.  We are looking for someone with regional experience in the architectural consulting industry to complement our architectural and support our interdisciplinary design team.

This position is for a well-rounded individual who is looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity that offers insights from a facility user, operator, and owner perspective, as well as long-term stability and growth opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities
*Coordinating projects and project teams with minimal supervision from project initiation through design development, construction document preparation, and contract administration.
*Managing internal client relationships and team communication
*Responsible for mentoring junior staff, coordinate with other disciplines, and review drawings for quality and consistency.
*Collaborates well with projects teams through all design stages, offer well thought out and creative solutions to design challenges

Required Skills:
*Registered Architect in a Canadian Jurisdiction
*8 years of post-registration experience in the production of contract and detailed design documents, specifications, and have led the contract administration of multiple projects
*Understanding of the design and coordination of detailed envelope solutions to meet all regulatory requirements
*In-depth knowledge of the building code is essential
*Working knowledge in REVIT is a must, knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion and Photoshop will be an asset
