Lead Change as a Waste Minimization Program Lead!
Are you passionate about sustainability and skilled in managing complex projects? The City of Regina is hiring a Program Lead Waste Minimization to plan, implement, and manage key waste reduction and solid waste initiatives that directly impact our community and environment.
In this role, youll lead program development, supervise contractors and work units, oversee budgets and contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders across sectors. Your leadership will help drive innovative waste strategies and build partnerships that support a cleaner, greener Regina.
What Were Looking For:
A degree or diploma in Environmental Studies, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in solid waste or environmental program management
Strong project leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledge of contract administration, inspection standards, and OH&S regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting
