Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Part Time Human Resources Clerk at our Administration Office in Melville, SK.

What youll do:
The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service to Team Leaders and maintain and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
To be responsible for the filing and organizing of HR and Payroll documents
To complete administrative tasks such as assigning training, completing orders and preparing and sending documents including new hire packages and reports
Responsible for ensuring the proper posting of internal and external job postings using platforms such as Saskjobs, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Complete reports and calculations of HR and Payroll metrics for Team Leaders
Assist in keying weekly time sheets as required
Other duties as assigned
