Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for community development and inclusive recreation? The City of Regina is hiring a Manager, Community & Recreation Programs to shape and oversee accessible, city-wide leisure services that enhance health, well-being, and community connection.

In this senior leadership role, youll manage major facilities and programs, lead strategic and operational planning, and guide a dedicated team in delivering high-quality services across Regina. From budgeting and stakeholder relations to workforce planning and risk management, youll be at the forefront of recreation excellence.

What Were Looking For:

Strong background in service delivery, strategic planning, budgeting, and HR leadership

Knowledge of community development and recreation trends

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Experience leading teams, managing large facilities, and overseeing contracts or partnerships
