Description

We are looking for a full-time or part-time pharmacist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered services including immunizations, medication reviews, and minor ailment prescribing to optimize care and outcomes.

Provide accurate, professional guidance on prescriptions and over-the-counter medications, covering indications, dosage, side effects, interactions, and other health-related concerns.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with local healthcare providers to support seamless continuity of care.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Phm.) or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.

Injection-certified and licensed in good standing with SCPP.
Community or retail pharmacy experience is considered an asset.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
