The Territory Manager role will drive sales of Ditch Witch trenchers/plows, mini-skid steers, vac trailers and directional drills, along with Morbark brush chippers and Rayco stump grinders, and/or other material Underground & Tree Care products in your assigned territory.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Sell both new and used Underground & Tree Care equipment within the designated Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
*Travel across entire AOR to effectively cover all current and prospect-account locations.
*Be fully engaged with growing our customer base
*Keep current on customers business activities and needs.
Prepare and maintain customer status reports including (but not limited to):
*Sales call activities
*Customer Lists (both current and prospect accounts)
*Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for your AOR.
*Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
*Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
*Manage travel requirements and expenses in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
*Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal driven.
*Proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory.
*Must be familiar with the trenching/plowing/drilling and/or tree care industry, having spent some time working in or servicing it.
*Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license (a recent drivers abstract will be required).
