Description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain positive relationships with all customers and freight suppliers.
Understand all assigned transportation requirements and expectations.
Monitor, define, and arbitrage truck freight rates to ensure cost-effective shipping.
Provide daily freight updates and insights to the supply chain team.
Assist in scheduling, tracking, and documenting inbound and outbound shipments.
Support SWT staff across departments to help achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as a contributing member of a team.
Good working knowledge of grain handling and crop input products is an asset.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing logistics opportunities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment.
