Key Responsibilities:
Install and wire electrical components including lights, controls, pumps, sensors, and circuit systems on vacuum trucks
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
Test and troubleshoot completed systems for proper functionality and safety
Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to company and industry safety procedures
Collaborate with assembly technicians, engineers, and quality control teams
Document work performed and report issues or inconsistencies
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment electrical work (vacuum truck or custom truck manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of 12V/24V DC electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
Electrical trade certification is preferred but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
