Are you a hands-on leader with expertise in building systems and facility operations? The City of Regina is hiring a Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day function of City Hall and other key civic buildings. If you're ready to supervise a high-performing team and ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintainedthis is your opportunity.

In this role, youll manage a team of up to 20 Operators, Caretakers, and Cleaners while coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

What Were Looking For:

Grade 12 plus a 4th Class Steam Engineers Certificate and Refrigeration Engineer's Certificate

45 years of experience in facility operations, including high-rise building management

At least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, and building management systems (BMS)

Proven ability to lead staff, manage resources, solve problems, and handle emergencies

Solid understanding of safety regulations, maintenance best practices, and contractor oversight
