Description

Stark & Marsh CPA LLP is seeking a qualified individual to join our Advisory Services (Special Engagements) department as an Administrative Assistant in our Swift Current Office. This is a 14-month Mat. Leave employment opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent employment upon completing the term-contract.  We are a progressive and competitive organization, but also understand the importance of a healthy work environment and a balance in life. Our successful candidate will be responsible for several administrative duties including but not limited to:
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Maintain strict confidentiality on client information.
Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Perform administrative tasks such as processing new client engagements, registering and filing engagements with the correct governing organizations, data entry, scheduling meetings, and updating programs.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Comfortable working with multiple software programs related to Public Accounting and Wealth Management (will train and develop the right candidate).
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Proactively assist in the growth of the firms operations.
