Description

This position is responsible for cleaning, minor maintenance and yard work for the facility, grounds, equipment and college vehicles (as required). Shift, evening and weekend work may be required.

Start date: July 1, 2025
End date: June 30, 2026
FTE: 0.5

Qualifications:
The Custodian should bring the following qualifications to this position:
-Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Knowledge of sanitation principles and cleaning equipment operation.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Willingness to learn.
-Ability to do heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and continuous physical work of various levels of difficulty.
-Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 drivers license.
-Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
-One-year custodian or maintenance experience.
