Location: Saskatchewan
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000$150,000/year + bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday + weekends

Role Overview:
As General Sales Manager, youll lead all sales operations across PrairieOne rooftops, ensuring performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. Youll implement strategy, drive KPIs, and align with inventory, F&I, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and evaluate sales teams
Drive sales targets and conversion rates
Oversee daily sales operations and CRM use
Collaborate with F&I and inventory management
Conduct sales meetings and track KPIs
Resolve customer escalations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training
Qualifications:
5+ years in auto sales management
Multi-store experience preferred
Strong knowledge of CRM and digital tools (Quorum, Activix, vAuto)
Proven leadership and coaching skills
Track record of consistent sales performance
