Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial/Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order for both commercial and residential facilities.

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, and other designated areas
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Re-stocking all required items such as paper towel, toilet paper etc.

- Any and all duties required to fill contracts.

Job Requirements
- Experience in commercial and residential cleaning is preferred
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures

- Able to work independently
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must have your cellphone
