Now, were calling on a new Hero - someone ready to take command of the Customer experience, drive the momentum forward, and lead with precision & empathy.
Your Mission:
- Be the trusted connection between Customers & our powerhouse Service Team
- Create repair orders, manage communication, & follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Provide support across both our Regina Truck & Regina Trailer locations as needed
- Work variable shifts that may fall anywhere between Monday - Saturday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM, based on Service Desk coverage needs
Your Toolkit:
- Experience in a Customer service or advisory role
- Strong communication, organization, & follow-through skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- A knack for balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (heavy-duty or automotive industry experience is a plus!)
