Your Mission:
Be the trusted connection between Customers & our powerhouse Service Team
Create repair orders, manage communication, & follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Provide support across both our Regina Truck & Regina Trailer locations as needed
Work variable shifts that may fall anywhere between MondaySaturday, 7:00AM6:00PM, based on Service Desk coverage needs
Your Toolkit:
Experience in a Customer service or advisory role
Strong communication, organization, & follow-through skills
A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
Resilience in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
A knack for balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (heavy-duty or automotive industry experience is a plus!)
