Inclusion Saskatchewan is welcoming applications on behalf of a client for a part-time mentor. The mentor will be involved with providing recreation and life skills support to an person with a disability. Mentor will be responsible to the client. The hours are flexible and are up to a maximum of 4 hours per month. These can be arranged with the client.

Duties include providing guidance, support, teaching life skills and taking him out in the community for recreation.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Need to fill out reports and submit paper work.

Applicants must have their own vehicle and a valid class 5 driver's license. Location Clavet SK.

Need to be flexible with duties as they arise.

Legal to work in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan residency is also required.

Criminal check required.
