Join our Team as a FULL-TIME / PART-TIME/ CASUAL Youth Care Worker/Personal Support Worker

Successful candidates may be placed on an eligibility list to fill future vacancies as they arise.

Work Hours: Weekdays 23:30-09:30, 15:00-00:00

Weekends and non school days 08:00-20:00, 09:00-21:00, 10:00-22:00, 11:00-23:00, 12:00-00:00, 23:30-11:30

Join our team as a Youth Care Worker/Personal Support Worker and become a part of a dynamic, inclusive environment where you can provide care, support, and guidance to those who need it most. As a Youth Care Worker/Personal Support Worker, you will be a key player in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment. You will work alongside participants to help them grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Your role will involve fully engaging in all aspects of the group living experience, offering both emotional and physical support while being a positive role model.

* Work schedules with shift rotations that allow for 3-5 days break between shift rotations
* Evening, weekend, and overnight shifts which provide many individuals the flexibility to attend classes, coordinate childcare and allow plenty of time for outside interests
* A fast-paced environment where you are active with youth out in the community doing activities such as swimming, hiking, fishing, and attending community events.
* The opportunity to build genuine relationships with children, youth and/or adults who have experienced complex challenges including behavioral issues, mental health disorders, substance dependency and other related issues
* Excellent work experience for those looking to work in the fields of education, social work, nursing, corrections, or policing

Qualifications:

Education and Professional Certification
* Completion of a High school diploma.
