The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Job Responsibilities:
Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
Assist with customer CSI call backs
Key Qualifications:
Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
