Ranch Ehrlo is seeking for highly motivated individuals to fulfill the rewarding role of Youth Care Worker (YCW) within our agency.

Your role will involve fully engaging in all aspects of the group living experience, offering both emotional and physical support while being a positive role model.

Qualifications:

Education and Professional Certification
* Completion of a High school diploma.
* A certificate, diploma, or degree in Child and Youth Care (CYC) or a related field is an asset.

Experience
* At least one (1) year of experience working with children, youth, and/or adults with behavioral, cognitive, mental health
