We are hiring a Revenue Administrator to join our Accounting team for a one-year term. The successful applicant will succeed in a fast-paced, progressive career, enjoy working with people in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service. Working collaboratively with the existing team and reporting to the Controller, this is a temporary, full-time role designed to ensure that rental revenue is appropriately tracked, allowing leadership and ownership to project future revenue accurately.

The Revenue Administrator plays a critical role in managing and overseeing rental revenue processes with a strong emphasis on accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement. This individual is expected to demonstrate innovation, proactivity, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of their work.

The candidate must have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Yardi Voyager is required.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).
