The Operations manager is to participate in all activities of the operations including working alongside operations employees, equipment, vehicles, receiving and unloading, operations housekeeping and maintenance of all operations equipment. The Operations manager is to assist managers with all building and services in the yard, and warehouse.
1. Requirements
-High school diploma or GED
-At least 3 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job
-Experience in customer service preferred
-Knowledge of building materials products and lumber require
-Forklift certification

-Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook and BisTrack software

-Customer Service -Ensure a high level of customer service
-Safety Background-Ensure that all staff follow the Safe Work Practices
-Shipping/Receiving - inventory maintenance
-Enforce company procedures (e.g. safety, returns, and security).
-Provide information on training, tools, coaching,
-Act as a liaison between operations personnel and the management team and owners
-Participate in training of all operations personnel
