Hawks Agro is seeking a motivated and experienced Location Manager to lead the operations and overall success of our Rouleau retail location. This leadership role oversees staff, inventory, logistics, safety, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Lead, coach, and schedule operations staff, including seasonal employees
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with AWSA standards
Oversee training, safety meetings, and site maintenance

Operations & Inventory
Manage ordering, forecasting, and inventory tracking
Coordinate with sales reps and other locations to optimize supply
Complete weekly counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage logistics
Support timely accounts receivable follow-up

Customer & Community
Maintain strong customer relationships and lead select customer sales
Represent Hawks Agro positively in the community

What You Bring
35 years of leadership experience in ag or related operations
Knowledge of crop inputs, logistics, and inventory systems
Strong planning, team development, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid drivers license
