The Nawigizigweyas Education Centre is a vibrant Saulteaux First Nation community that
provides a full range of K-12 programs and services for approximately 300 students. We are
seeking a passionate instructional leader to manage the day-to-day administration and

RESPONSIBILTIES:
Leading and managing the school's instructional program.
Providing leadership and support to teachers and staff.
Collaborating with parents and community members.
Ensuring student success and well-being.
Managing the school budget and resources.
Implementing school policies and procedures.
Implementing a successful Saulteaux Land Based Program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master of Education with a specialization in Educational Administration.
Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate or be eligible for one.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a school principal.
Proven strong leadership and management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written communication and reporting skills.
Experience working in First Nation communities.
