As AcuFast continues to grow, were excited to expand our Accounting & Finance team with a new Accounting Clerk position at our Saskatoon office. Reporting to the Director of Accounting and Finance, this role will focus primarily on supporting all our US operations, while working closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure accurate reporting. Intermediate Excel skills are critical for success in this role, as you will be analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and managing invoice tracking with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and enter customer invoices
- Use Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, formula auditing) to analyze financial data and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with the sales team on invoicing details and follow-ups
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customer and vendor queries professionally and promptly
- Compile and generate reports for management and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate would have:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting. Experience with complex pricing and creating invoices would be an asset
- Microsoft Excel skills are a must
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to details
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
