Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Bookkeeper / Receptionist in Saskatoon. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position. Starting with an attractive wage/ according to labor law on a 40-hour work and extra hours will be consider overtime. If you dont fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.

Job Responsibilities for Bookkeeper / Receptionist:
Greet people coming into offices and other establishments, direct them to the appropriate contacts or services, provide general information in person and by phone, and may perform clerical duties and maintain front desk security and security access lists
Schedule appointments, using manual or computerized systems
Record bookings, handle credit card checks, receive payment, issue receipts.
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Determine and establish office procedures
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
May organize conferences.
Job Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
