These positions are remote full-time in a variety of time zones in Canada. You will collaborate with our Parts team to provide customer/branch support for all locations. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities
-Exemplary external customer service & support employees to better serve customers
-Maintain ticketing system (customer calls, texts, emails)
-Provide support for extended business hours, weekends, holidays, overflow calls during peak periods
-Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications, timely follow up
-Identify & document customer needs, clarify info, provide solutions
-Promote/sell company products/services
-Provide feedback & share best practices
-Admin tasks as needed
-Participate in special projects
-Maintain accurate internal/external records
-Participation in meetings/training

Requirements
-5+ years in ag industry as a customer facing Parts Tech or Parts support role
-Red Seal Tech certification an asset, or a combination of education/experience
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Strong computer & MS Office skills
-Familiarity with CRM systems/practices
-Multi-tasking ability
