Major Responsibilities:
> Create, manage, and resolve stories in project management tools like JIRA.
> Create, manage, release through the product lifecycle and discontinue using corporate forms.
> Evaluate/develop business requirements.
> Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
> Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
> Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
> Provide user story and solution support to team members.
> Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
> Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
> Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
