Pharmasave #406 is hiring a Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Shifts: Monday to Thursday & Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Train, coach, and schedule pharmacy assistants.
-Patient Support: Drive enrollment in medication adherence programs.
-Workflow Optimization: Implement best practices and tech solutions.
-Inventory Control: Order, store, and track inventory, including controlled substances.
-Insurance & Billing: Handle complex order entry and resolve billing issues.
-Community Engagement: Promote pharmacy services and support recruitment.
-Support Role: Assist the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist as needed.

Qualifications:
-3 to 5 years of retail pharmacy assistant experience.
-Proficient in Kroll or similar software.-Skilled in compounding, compliance packaging, automation, etc.
-Strong customer service, adaptability, and leadership skills.
-Criminal Record Check required.
