We are looking for candidates who:

Have proven experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Possess advanced knowledge of building systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing & mechanical trades.
Are proficient in problem-solving and have strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Typically, these skills are gained through a Building System Technician certificate, possession of a Fireman Boiler Operators certificate, a valid drivers licence, and 1  3 years of experience in building operations. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Refrigeration Plant Operators certificate as issued by the authority having jurisdiction to successfully complete the probationary period.
