BOORTMALT is a leading malting company with 3 million tones production capacity. The group is present on 5 continents with 27 malting plants.

We are hiring a Silo Supervisor to manage daily grain and malt silo operations.
This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of raw materials, supporting continuous production and delivery. Key duties include overseeing grain/malt intake, verifying blending accuracy, maintaining optimal silo levels, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. Youll lead and train a team, drive process improvements, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
5+ years in elevator or grain handling
Strong food safety and quality control knowledge
Leadership experience, ideally in a unionized setting
Proficiency with monitoring and inventory systems.

Must be able to work in variable temperatures, dusty environments, wear PPE, and possess Near/Far, Depth, and Colour vision.
