This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment, is comfortable juggling a few different hats, and is excited about building a long-term career with opportunities to grow.

What You will Do
    -    Work closely with our finance and management teams to support day-to-day office operations
    -    Communicate directly with clients and suppliers by phone, email, and in person
    -    Track incoming supplier invoices and match them to corresponding BCI purchase orders
    -    Perform general administrative tasks such as digital and paper filing
    -    Provide occasional backup support to our payroll team during staff absences
    -    Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) to manage data, documents, and communications.

    -    Strong communication skills - you are clear, professional, and people enjoy working with you
    -    Attention to detail, especially when handling numbers and documents
    -    Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer systems
    -    Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
    -    Willingness to pitch in where needed and learn on the go
