Description

What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a detail-loving, people-first Payroll Administrator who's passionate about making sure everyone gets paid fairly, on time, and stress-free
As our go-to payroll expert, you'll play a vital role in maintaining trust across the organization - making sure our people are supported, and our processes run smoothly and compliantly

What You'll Own
Weekly Payroll Processing
-    Manage weekly payroll from start to finish-accurately and on time, every time.
-    Validate time records and fix any discrepancies before processing.
-    Apply earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes correctly.
Data, Compliance & Reporting
-    Keep payroll and employee records accurate and up to date (onboarding, promotions, departures, etc.)
-    Stay ahead of provincial and federal regulations - think tax remittances, T4s, ROEs, and more
-    Create regular reports to help leadership understand payroll trends and support audits as needed
People-First Support
-    Be a go-to for questions about pay, benefits, and deductions-clear answers and zero jargon.
-    Help teammates understand their payroll info and how it all works.

What You Bring
Education & Credentials
-    Diploma or certificate in Accounting, HR, or Business.
-    PCP designation (or actively working toward it) is a big plus!
Experience
-    2-3 years of hands-on payroll experience (weekly cycles preferred).
-    Solid skills with systems like ADP, Ceridian, or Payworks - and you know your way around Excel (yes, pivot tables count!).

You're Good At
-    Spotting small errors before they become big problems.
-    Staying organized under tight weekly deadlines
-    Communicating clearly and respectfully, even when things get technical
-    Protecting private info-discretion and trust are everything.

What's In It for You
-    Competitive salary based on experience
-    Health & dental benefits for you and your family
-    RRSP/pension plan with company contributions
